Police Identify Woman Killed in Danbury Crash

DANBURY, CT — Police have identified the woman who was killed Thursday morning when she was struck by a car in downtown Danbury.

Police report that family members came forward and identified her as Clemencia Guallpa, 69.

Guallapa was killed when she was struck by a Honda Civic driven by Angel Cambizaca, 38, of Danbury.

Police still want to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the accident, as the invesitigations is still ongoing. Witnesses are encouraged to contact Officer Keith Leggiadro or Officer Matthew Malone at (203) 797-2157.
