Wanted Danbury Man Arrested In Milford: Police

MILFORD, CT — A wanted Danbury man, who is previously accused of stealing wallets and cash from victims, was arrested in Milford, police said. On Jan. 19, police stopped a car on Old Gate Lane near New Haven Avenue for erratic driving, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Cory Feitel, 20, of White Street in Danbury, who was a passenger in the car and is accused of being in possession of prescription medication which he does not hold a prescription for, police said.

During the investigation, Feitel provided officers on-scene with a false name of Javier Alvarezs, police said. Further inquiry revealed that Feitel had two active arrests warrants, police said.

He is accused of two larcenies in May 2018 of wallets and cash from individuals, police said. He is charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and possession of a controlled substance.
