Water Main Break Disrupts Service In Danbury

It could cause outages or low pressure for 4–6 hours.

DANBURY, CT — A water main break early Wednesday disrupted service for customers on Fleetwood Drive, city officials said.

In a 6:30 a.m. alert, officials said residents in the area may be without water or experience low water pressure while crews evaluate the break and make repairs.

Workers have begun shutting off water to the affected area to allow for repairs. The work is expected to take four to six hours.
