Woman Steals Toys, Tries to Return Them Minutes Later: Report

DANBURY, CT — Police said a woman took four boxes of Legos and Mega Blocks from Toys “R” Us on Backus Avenue tried to return them, according to The News Times.

Caitlin Saparato gave the store employee her driver’s license for the return transaction in order to get $360 back, the report said.

Saparato, 27, of Hillside Avenue, was arrested Monday and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
