“Wrapping for Habitat” at Macy*s in December

Danbury, CT 11/13/19 –Macy*s in the Danbury Fair Mall will sponsor Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s annual “Wrapping for Habitat” event. From December 1 to 24, volunteers wrap gifts purchased throughout the mall in return for a donation to Housatonic Habitat.

Macy*s partners with Housatonic Habitat at this event by providing supplies, storage space and more. The two organizations collaborate on other events over the course of the year including the semi-annual Macy*s Round Up Campaign which benefits Housatonic Habitat for Humanity.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes.
