• Moosup man charged with sexual assault in Killingly, police say (ctpost.com) — State police responded to a home in Danielson, a borough of Killingly, early Thursday after a woman reported being sexually assaulted, leading to the arrest of a 28-year-old Moosup man. Detectives from the Eastern District Major Crimes Squad took over the case, and the suspect remains jailed on $100,000 bond with a court date set for Oct. 26.
