Items stolen include:

  • Two Sub Zero refrigerators each valued at nearly $8,000.
  • Marvel beer keg fridge: $1,900.
  • Two Marvel wine fridges: $1,400.
  • Pullout drawer fridge: $2,000.
  • Bosch dishwasher: $1,300.
  • Bosch microwave: $1,155.
  • Two kitchen faucets: $714 and $1,600.

A water line to the fridge was already hooked up, which caused a large amount of water to leak onto the floor. Police noted that the contractor was already in the process of ripping up the new floor.
