• Six American records fall on day two of 2026 Para Pan Pacific Championships (usparaswimming.org) — Darien's own Paralympian Ali Truwit grabbed a silver medal in the women's 400-meter freestyle S10 at the Para Pan Pacific Championships, finishing just off her American record. Her performance helped cap a huge day for Team USA in Walnut, California, where six American records fell and U.S. swimmers continued building momentum toward the LA28 Paralympic Games.
