Connecticut Weather: Big Changes In The Forecast
Here's the latest details from the National Weather Service concerning Connecticut's weather forecast this week.

For those of you wondering when Connecticut will see its first snowstorm of the season, the wait is going to have to continue for at least another week. In the National Weather Service’s updated forecast Sunday night, it shows some significant changes, especially a warming trend moving in early this week. Temperatures on Wednesday could approach 60 degrees in certain places.
The only chance for precipitation is on Thursday night and Friday. NBC Connecticut Meteorologist Darren Sweeney said, “It is looking like a mainly storm-free 10-day forecast with another warming trend toward Wednesday. Our next chance for rain comes Friday.”
NBC Connecticut Meteorologist Ryan Hanrahan said for those of you wanting to see snow, there are some clues and hope in the December forecast.

“The weather pattern still looks very interesting in December. See all that red? That's showing areas of "blocking" in the atmosphere. The blocking appears to be in a position that would favor cold and stormy weather here and certainly heightens the risk for a December snowstorm. Things are quiet through next weekend and then the pattern gets interesting - especially around 12/10. Stay tuned!,” Hanrahan said.
