Details Announced For Darien 2024 Sidewalk Sales Event

DARIEN, CT — With summer all but here, it's once again time to plan for the annual Darien Sidewalk Sales.

This year's shopping extravaganza is scheduled for July 11-13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine, along Corbin Drive and spanning the Post Road from Darien Sport Shop to Browne & Co. and Mandarine Home.

There will be a dedicated youth entrepreneurial tent featuring homemade baked goods, jewelry, and other delightful items crafted by local youth entrepreneurs. The youth tent is proudly sponsored by Bankwell and will be situated between Café Nero & Bankwell, Saturday only.

In addition to shopping and supporting local vendors, shoppers and kids can enjoy charming balloon creations by My Balloon Guy at Bank of America during specified hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Additionally, located at Darien Toy Box will be a face painter and free ice cream tickets will be distributed at the Chamber table redeemable at Gofer’s Ice Cream.

In time for Sidewalk Sales, the Chamber is introducing new e-gift cards, available for purchase at darienCTchamber.com.

The e-gift cards provide a convenient way to participate in the sidewalk sales and support local member businesses.
