Darien Bank Robbed On Christmas Eve: Report

DARIEN, CT — A People's Bank on Old Kings Highway North was robbed of $6,336 on Christmas Eve, the Darien Times reports. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

According to the Darien Times, police said a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black mask, cargo pants and a neon orange hat walked into the bank around 12:30 p.m. and jumped over the counter. He then started to open and close drawers and left the bank with the money.
