Darien Bar Assault Ends with Man 'Significantly Injured': PD
One man was hit in the face with a glass. Another was punched in the face.

DARIEN, CT — Police are seeking a man for questioning after two people were reportedly assaulted at Chez Ernie's early Sunday morning.
Two 51-year-old Darien men met up at the bar for a drink, according to the Darienite. One of the men heard the sound of glass breaking and turned around to see that his acquaintance was hit in the face with a glass.
The man who heard the glass break then moved between the attacker and his acquaintance and was punched in the face, police said. The man hit in the face with a glass sustained significant injures, police said.

Bar management escorted the alleged assailant out and he is now wanted for questioning. He is about 6 feet, 1 inch tall with a stocky build and is a regular at the bar and may be named "Chris."
