The Darien Community Association Announces '24-'25 Board Of Directors
The DCA works to bring its neighbors and friends together through shared values of learning, green spaces, sustainability and community.
DARIEN, CT —The Darien Community Association (DCA) on Tuesday announced its 2024-25 Board of Directors including six new board members and a new board president, Liza Smith.
Smith has been a volunteer and key committee member of the DCA's The 204 Project and an active member of the DCA Greenhouse Group. She brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience to the role.

"We have a balanced board of legacy members, many of whom have been stewards of the DCA for decades, and new board members who are ready to drive the DCA’s mission," said Erin Noonan, executive director of the Darien Community Association, in a news release. "Together, we create opportunities to connect and learn as a community, to enjoy green spaces such as the Bird Sanctuary and Nature Trail, and to support sustainability through the DCA Thrift Shop."
