Darien Continues Dominance In CT High School Football Poll

Darien shut out Trumbull 48-0 last weekend to up its record to 7-0.

Darien football continues to roll, both on the field and on the ballots of the two dozen sports journalists who again unanimously selected the Blue Wave as top high school team in Connecticut in the latest weekly poll compiled by GameTimeCT.com.

Darien shut out Trumbull 48-0 last weekend to up its record to 7-0, and in the process increased its scoring differential to a jaw-dropping 277-35.

The top four teams in the poll, Darien, Greenwich (#2), Ansonia (#3) and Windsor (#4), are all undefeated, as are #6 Masuk and #8 Middletown.
