Darien Coronavirus Update: Slight Increase In Confirmed Cases
On Monday, the number of coronavirus-related deaths in Connecticut climbed by 74, bringing the state's total to 1,998, officials said.
DARIEN, CT — As of Monday, Darien had 184 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), an increase of two from the weekend, according to First Selectman Jayme Stevenson.
On Friday, the number of coronavirus-related hospitalizations for local residents was 10, but an updated figure for Monday was not available.
Statewide, the number of coronavirus-related deaths rose by 74, bringing Connecticut's total to 1,998, according to state health officials.
