Darien Dredging Study Turns Up Good Results

Despite multiple hurricanes the harbor has weathered through it all.

A recent dredging study commissioned by the town, Darien Boat and Noroton Yacht clubs turned up good results for local boaters.

Darien News Online reports that the harbor did well despite multiple hurricanes in the past few years.

A problem with the angle of a public boat launch ramp prevents certain large boats from launching during mid and low tides.
