Darien High Head Football Coach Suspended
Coach Rob Trifone was suspended following an incident involving a player.
DARIEN, CT—Darien High varsity football coach Rob Trifone was suspended for two weeks after he struck the helmet of a student.
The suspension lasts through Oct. 15, according to the Darien Times.
Trifone struck a student on the helmet during an Oct. 1 game. He will return following his suspension.
