Darien League Of Women Voters Issues Guide To March 2 Election

Three candidates are facing off for the 27th District state Senate seat that was formerly held by Democrat Carlo Leone.

DARIEN, CT — The League of Women Voters of Darien has released a voters' guide for the March 2 Special Election to fill the 27th District state Senate post formerly held by Democrat Carlo Leone.

The three candidates vying for the seat are Democrat Pat Billie Miller, Republican Joshua A. Esses and Independent Brian David Merlen. All three are Stamford residents.

Additionally, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 23, the Darien and Stamford Leagues of Women Voters are hosting a Candidate's Night. To ask questions, email lwv.darien@gmail.com; for more information visit lwvdarien.org.
