Darien Police Make DUI Arrest

The woman was previously arrested by police after she got into a fight with them, police said.

DARIEN, CT — A Stamford woman who was previously arrested for fighting with officers while under the influence of drugs was again arrested, this time for DUI, police said.

Joanna Jack was first arrested by Darien Police on Dec. 26 after an officer went to check out a suspicious car that was parked in a closed gas station parking lot. Police suspected she was under the influence of PCP.

She was then arrested for shoplifting from CVS in Stamford Jan. 4, according to the Stamford Advocate. She had previously brought construction debris into the Stamford Police station and claimed it was a bomb she had run over with her vehicle, police said.
