Darien Woman's Boat Goes Missing Before She Even Sees It
A Darien woman bought a boat online, but is still waiting for it to arrive weeks later. The seller said the boat was already picked-up.

A Darien woman ordered a boat and trailer online weeks ago, but it appears it won’t be coming.
The resident reported the incident to Darien Police. She said she purchased a 18-foot bayliner and trailer on eBay from Rawhide Inc. in Wisconsin.
She then arranged for shipping company J&S Enterprises to ship the boat to Darien through uship.com.

J&S Enterprises contracted the move out to E&S Moving Systems LLC., the woman told police. She accepted an offer of $500 to ship the boat.
The boat was picked-up on May 28 from Rawhide, but the resident has yet to receive it.

Detectives are investigating, but there may be a question of jurisdiction since the boat was last seen in Wisconsin.
The boat was purchased for $7,682.40 and the trailer was $1,920.60.
