I had watched this video sometime last year. When I got sick in January, I remembered it and its inspirational story of this great woman and the battle she had overcoming the crippling effects of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and won. As I was overcoming my complete weakness, I remembered Dr. Terry Wahls fighting and overcoming total paralysis. She like I had been eating the standard American Diet. Void of all nutrition.

Dr. Terry Wahls was diagnosed with the autoimmune, incurable, progressive and crippling disease of MS. Rather than give in she kept reading and searching. This is a very strong motivational video. She taught me to listen to my body. The body is a complex system and its every action is to keep you alive. No one else can hear it except you. I hope you reach my conclusion - If you put your mind to it, you can solve almost any problem. I also now believe that almost all disease is curable by giving your body the nutrition it needs.
