DUI Arrest After Vehicle Crosses Line in Darien: PD

The vehicle crossed the double yellow line four times, police said.

DARIEN, CT — Police charged a 29-year-old man with DUI after his pickup truck crossed the double yellow line four times, according to police.

Police made the arrest Friday after first spotting the vehicle shortly before 1 a.m. exiting I-95 at exit 12 without stopping at a stop sign at the end of the ramp, according to the Darienite. It then crossed over the double yellow line on four occasions.

He failed field sobriety tests and refused a BAC test, police said.
