Hazardous Waste Left at Darien Teen Center Depot

Hazardous household waste was left on a picnic table outside of the Darien teen center Depot, according to police.

A public works highway supervisor reported that items including paint, fertilizer and turpentine were left at the scene June 6.

The town was holding a hazardous waste collection day on the same day not far from the center, police said.
