Hypothetical Inferno

Does anyone recall the line from Dante's Inferno: "The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in times of great moral crisis, maintain their neutrality"? Do you think some of you might find it helpful to review my Letter to DHS Posties on 9/13/13 at 7:11 pm in this blog? Why should it be considered bullying to ask those deemed mature enough to respond to life and death emergencies to speak up and not remain neutral on the moral issue of improved patient care?
