DARIEN, CT — The Darien Department of Public Works will hold a public information session on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m., on the Hanson Road bridge replacement.

The hearing will be held in the Darien Town Hall Auditorium. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

The Board of Selectmen in November approved a little over $2 million to fund the replacement of the Hanson Road Bridge, which could take about five months to complete in 2024. Around half of the cost will be covered by a state program for bridge work.
