Although Tommy never had children of his own, he played a meaningful role in raising generations of nieces and nephews. He will be remembered as the kindest and gentlest soul who loved life until the very end. In his free time, he enjoyed playing Pinochle every Wednesday and at family gatherings with his brothers and close friends. He also played baseball with the Sharks AC in Stamford. After retiring, he lovingly cared for his mother and became known as the family’s devoted “dishwasher,” always happiest when surrounded by those he loved.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Anthony (died in infancy), Anthony and John (Viola); his sister, Madeline Roman (Joe); his niece, Barbara Manjuck; and his nephew-in-law, Anthony Conetta.
