New Coffee Shop Opens In Darien On Jan. 29
Roost is owned by husband and wife restaurateurs Mike and Krista Pietrafeso, who also own Ada's Kitchen + Coffee in Greenwich.
DARIEN, CT — Roost, the new coffee shop located in Darien at 1050 Post Road, will officially open on Monday, Jan. 29, according to announcements on the shop's Facebook page.
The shop is owned by husband and wife restaurateurs Mike and Krista Pietrafeso, who also own Ada's Kitchen + Coffee in Greenwich.
Roost will feature locally grown ingredients and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
