New Pop-Up Fitness Spot To Open In Noroton Heights
BEMER will open in the Noroton Heights shopping center this fall.
From Inspire Train Fit: A local fitness company is partnering with a new wellness group to bring a breakthrough medical technology to Darien with a first-of-its kind pop- up shop this fall at the Noroton Heights Shopping Plaza.
BEMER THERAPY will be located through mid-November at 300 Heights Road, next to Heights Pizza, and is a joint effort of Inspire Train Fit and Darien Community Wellness. A Grand Opening celebration is planned for Thursday, Sept. 27 from noon to 8 p.m. Free BEMER Therapy demos and sessions will be offered, along with refreshments and healthy snacks from Palmer’s Market.
“I am very excited to be bringing more awareness of BEMER to residents of Darien and the surrounding communities because I know it offers real benefits to anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being,” said Allison Stolar, CEO of Inspire Train Fit, who is presenting the pop-up shop along with Margarita Xistris of Darien Community Wellness. The acronym BEMER stands for Bio Electro Magnetic Energy Regulation. It has been proven to boost blood flow and circulation, reduce stress and relieve discomfort. Participants lie down on specialized mats that contain patented coils that surround them with pulsed electromagnetic field. Additional applicators can be used to intensify blood flow in specific areas of discomfort. Many top-level athletes and sports teams have been using this technology for years to accelerate the recovery process from exertion and injury, calling it their “secret weapon.” It can also help improve physical fitness, increase endurance and energy, and better regulate sleep. BEMER technology is easy to apply and anyone can use it.

“Proper micro-circulation is the fountain of youth,” said Xistris. “BEMER represents a revolutionary breakthrough in alternative health. It is the most effective and highly researched physical treatment currently available.”
For those who want to explore BEMER Therapy more, the store is offering a BEMER “lunch and learn” series every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m., as well as “The BEMER Experience” every Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., which is a workshop that will include hands-on sessions, along with an explanation of how BEMER works and related testimonials.
