Pair Of Audis Burglarized In Darien: Police

The cars were parked in the same driveway on McLaren Road South.

DARIEN, CT — Two Audi automobiles, parked in the driveway of the same home on McLaren Road South in Darien, were reportedly burglarized late last week, according to Darien police. In both instances, the vehicles were left unlocked.

Expensive sunglasses were taken from both vehicles, a 2017 Audi Q7 and a 2007 Audi A4, according to police.

The thefts were discovered on July 28 when a neighbor found a tote-bag on their property that had been taken from one of the Audis. Police contacted the owner who then realized his car had been burglarized, and at the same time the second Audi was discovered to have been broken into.
