Pokemon Go Leads Darien Teens to Wander Late at Night

DARIEN, CT—Police escorted three teenagers home after they were found wandering the Post Road around 1:45 a.m. July 18.

Two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old said they were having a sleep over and decided to play the game, police said.

They were transported back home per Darien Police policy. Police will notify parents when underage youths are found wandering late at night.

Residents were unaware the children had left the home.
