Police Investigating Motor Vehicle Burglaries In Darien: PD

DARIEN, CT — Darien police are investigating recently reported motor vehicle burglaries and are asking the public for help.

On Aug. 17 at approximately 4:57 a.m., two unlocked vehicles in the area of Birch Road were found entered into, according to police.

Police said they are also investigating a report in the area of Richmond Drive where Ring video captured two unknown suspects entering an unlocked vehicle around 4:28 a.m.

Anyone with more information is asked to contact Darien police.

Residents are being reminded to lock vehicles, remove valuables, and never leave wallets, purses, keys, or key fobs inside unattended vehicles.
