Thomas D. Albero (Tommy), 98, died April 11, 2026; a master plumber and partner at Albero & Valenzano Plumbing and Heating who served in the Army Reserves and National Guard, he enjoyed playing Pinochle, baseball with the Sharks AC, and, in retirement, caring for his mother.

William Hrusa, 71, died April 10, 2026; a Carnegie Mellon University professor of applied mathematics for more than four decades with degrees from Syracuse University and Brown, he enjoyed boating and time on the water.

John Bessom Ward, 74, died April 8, 2026; a Wall Street convertible bond and equity trading executive with roles at various companies, he was an avid golfer and club champion who also followed the Yankees and New York Giants and enjoyed swimming and travel.

Dorothy Jane Zehner, 94, died April 6, 2026; a St. John’s University graduate who later co-operated a Long Island marina for nearly 30 years and pursued Bible study along with sailing, windsurfing, rowing, swimming, tennis, biking and avid reading.

Graham Robert Brough, 84, died April 1, 2026; a Drexel University graduate and Andersen Consulting partner and senior executive who served in the Army Reserves, he specialized in building consulting practices and led publishing and media clients while enjoying sailing, biking, tennis, skiing, and dining.
