Why was Sue Gamm investigating special Ed expenses? Was this in her charge? I guess we should be glag she did investigate.
Why does Sue Gamm have an attorney? Is it her private attorney?
Why did Gamm's attorney notify the auditors first?
Why did Gamm's attorney notify Mao and Stevenson but not Haggerty Ross?
Were the expenses submitted to the state over stated or understated? If the state was overcharged, was this accidental or deliberate? If it was deliberate, is this a criminal matter?
Does the BOF Chairman or other BOF members have conflicts of interest because of their efforts to cut the special Ed budget or increase state reimbursements?
Were the same amounts of special Ed expenses reported to the state as well as to the public in the town's financial statements?
