Suspicious Camouflaged Person Was Hunter Near Darien High: Update
The incident is now under control and school has resumed normal operations.

DARIEN, CT—Police responded to the area of Darien High School after a suspicious male in full camouflage was spotted in nearby woods.
"At approximately 12:30 p.m., officers were able to identify the subject as a local hunter who was hunting in a nearby area he had authorization to be in," said Sgt. Jereimiah Marron Jr., police spokesman. "When he was observed this morning, the subject was simply returning to his vehicle which was parked in the parking lot of 345 Middlesex Rd."
Nearby nursery schools were notified and Darien High took proper precautionary procedures while officers searched the area.
