The UPS driver, a 37-year-old man, said he was driving earlier on Hollow Tree Ridge Road when he heard two juveniles shout profanities at him. He heard what sounded like an object hit his truck, but didn't see anything thrown.

He continued on his route and eventually stopped at the school where he encountered the two juveniles again, which is where the alleged assault occurred.
