If you were there for Gamm's report, you know how prominent the word unlawful was in her report. You have to come away from her report with the clear impression that Darien simply did not have an infrastructure for special education. None. You also have to come away with the sense of how important it is to vote for Silsby and Sullivan. There has to be change at the top.
