• Derby food pantry expanding to meet growing Valley need (ctpost.com) — St. Vincent de Paul's food pantry on Roosevelt Drive in Derby is launching a major expansion so it can serve up to three times more Valley residents struggling with food insecurity. Construction should take about six months while the pantry and thrift shop stay open, and the nonprofit is asking the community for donations to help fund the project.
