MIDDLEFIELD, CT — Two Middlefield residents each won $20,000 playing the same CT Lottery scratch-off ticket. William Brown won playing 200X 2nd Edition.
Brown purchased the lucky ticket Friday at Hasnain in Rockfall.
Terry Parmelee won $20,000 playing 200X 2nd Edition as well. Parmelee also purchased the lucky ticket Friday at Hasnain.
