Join me for a new monthly gathering centered around sharing cacao and being in community. I will serve ceremonial-grade cacao and you can experience the heart-opening properties of this plant medicine while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space. We will do a guided meditation and ground in together, have space for sharing and conversation, and have a theme/activity for each session.&nbsp;
I want this to be accessible for everyone so the cost is a suggested donation only (to cover the cost of cacao). You can offer that on the day via venmo, cash, or card. Two performers on two facing pianos take turns playing songs that are mostly requested by the audience. There are no rules about what can or cannot be requested so a&nbsp;Dueling Pianist&nbsp;must be well versed in ALL forms of popular music: pop, rock, jazz, hip-hop, R &amp; B, blues, classical, etc.
The main focus of a&nbsp;Dueling Pianos&nbsp;show is participation and so every song will involve the audience in one way or another. Performers might use sing-along, clap-along, toasting, roasting, improv comedy, comedic bits, or a virtuosic musical performance simply intended to impress (on the piano or vocally).
The 1741 Pub &amp; Grill (located at Lyman Orchards Golf Course) will offer food and beverage service throughout the event.
Guests will be seated outside under the tent in groups of 8 people per table.

Guided by Joyful Breath Laughter Yoga, this uplifting class combines playful laughter exercises with gentle yogic breathing techniques designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and encourage connection and positivity.
This complimentary outdoor class is open to all, with option donations welcomed in support of the program. Preregistration is required.
This welcoming session is perfect for all experience levels, no flexibility required, just an openness to laugh, breathe, and have fun. Laughter Yoga is not about jokes or comedy, but about intentional laughter that naturally becomes contagious through movement, breathwork, and group interaction.

No need to register as a spectator, but we'd love for you to introduce yourself - just chat to one of the volunteers or someone showing their car!&nbsp;Want to bring your car? No need to be a member of JCNA to participate. The only requirement is that you are a Jaguar enthusiast! If you are not a JCNA member, you will have to pay an additional $20 fee to cover the event liability insurance that is provided to every JCNA member free of charge. I will be once again joining <a target="_blank" href="https://sacred-cocoon.com/" rel="nofollow noopener">Katie Cavenagh</a> (my mentor and fellow sound healer) for a special collaboration in the SoulShine Salt Cavern at The Red Barn in Durham for the Full Strawberry Moon in June! If you have never been in a salt cave, halotherapy is a wonderful healing tool that helps with reducing inflammation, easing respiratory issues, improving skin conditions and more. The SoulShine Salt Cavern is a beautiful and calming space to enjoy this unique therapy. 
Gather with us in the cave as we celebrate one of the sweetest and most grounding full moons of the entire year. It’s the first full moon of the summer and is asking us to balance our inner world with our outer world. It is a moon of culmination — things that have been building inside of us are ready to be released and expressed. Meditation, energy and breathing practices will be especially potent under this moon — helping us relax, find inner peace, and restore balance. We will channel messages with a collective and gallery oracle card reading and explore themes of the season and personal guidance for only you. Wisdom, healing, next steps, inspiration, and deeper knowing often gets revealed for you.
You will then be guided into an activation of the reading and the season’s energy with salt, sound, and hands-on Reiki healing. We will lead you through a gentle meditation with sound so you can open yourself up to fully receiving.

Enjoy a Full Moon Sound Meditation in "The Meadow" at Lyman Orchards Golf Club with The Conduit on various dates in 2026.&nbsp;Relax to the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls washing over you for deep meditative bliss. Lean into the heightened lunar energy of each&nbsp;Full Moon&nbsp;to align with your highest self.
During the Conduit's sound-meditation, you will quickly access the benefits of a deep meditative practice, without needing any experience or special techniques. Experience a live sound journey, finding stillness through the orchestration, allowing a deep connection to the space within your heart, mind and body. &nbsp;As the vibrations gently hold you, release mental and emotional blockages, and invite and strengthen a connection with your inner self.
Please bring props for your comfort. A zero gravity chair is perfect - or a beach towel with a yoga mat and a pillow and blanket would work as well. Eye coverings and water are also encouraged.
Approximately 60-75 minutes in length.
Registration is required.&nbsp;$25 per person per event. Fees&nbsp;include&nbsp;taxes&nbsp;and&nbsp;online&nbsp;ticketing&nbsp;fees.
