$20k Fireworks Seizure Made In Durham: PD
Police got a report of a large fireworks display and found about $20,000 worth of used and unused fireworks.
DURHAM, CT — A man was arrested after about $20,000 worth of used and unused fireworks were found on Pine Ledge Trail in Durham, according to police.
Police got a report July 4 of a large fireworks display. They found Theodore Lynch, 50, and charged him with illegal possession of fireworks, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.
The fireworks were seized.
