• Durham Selectmen Drop Town Administrator From Charter Proposal, Set Separate Ballot Questions (patch.com) — Durham officials have removed a proposed town administrator position from the town's charter revision package and will let voters decide key changes as separate questions on the November 2026 ballot. Residents will vote on expanding the Board of Selectmen and on whether the town clerk and tax collector should become appointed rather than elected positions, following several other charter tweaks approved by the board.
