Award Offered in Durham, Middletown Bank Robbery Case
A $5,000 award is available for information that leads to an arrest of the man suspected of robbing more than one local bank.

A man is at-large after allegedly robbing the Liberty Bank on Washington Street in Middletown on Friday, Feb. 6.
Police told NBC Connecticut that the man who allegedly robbed the Middletown Bank is linked to earlier bank robberies in Durham, Plainville, Rocky Hill, Southington, Wallingford and Bristol.
A man reportedly walked into Liberty Bank, 357 Main St., Durham, right before 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23. He allegedly displayed a handgun before demanding cash, according to state police. He reportedly received an undetermined amount of cash and fled the scene.
