The Blue Devil boys continued their march toward the playoffs last night with a major victory over the favored North Branford Thunderbirds. Final Score 48-20. Highlights of the game were covered on WFSB.
It was an awesome game with Meeker passing and Ober running. We ran, passed, ran, passed..... The Thunderbirds never knew what to expect. Both offensively and defensively we dominated and controlled the field the entire game. Our boys have a fire in their bellies and have the confidence in themselves to find a way to win. That fire was kindled by Head Coach John Bozzi. He and his staff did an excellent job of controlling the clock and play calling that helped lead the team to victory.
Our cheerleaders and fans we out in force and were equally fired-up as we scored again and again. I did not try the concession stand and nobody beats our announcer Mr. Nystrom.
