Team Buff, Sheila’s team of 13 has lost 115 lbs in three
weeks!  Last week losing 27.70 lbs or
1.09% body fat.  The Blue Strong Team
lost 16.8 lbs last week.  Total to date
weight loss for both teams is 219.8 lbs - in only three weeks!!!

Anne’s life has been transformed and she loves this program
– she has this to say “Until beginning this journey I was someone who would say
I don’t have time to work out.  I now
manage to workout twice a day.  I rely on
family and friends for car pooling so I can make time to get to my exercise
classes.”

Lino is now running circles around his boys! – He said “I
lost another 2.4 lbs this week and my pants are getting bigger!  My boys are complaining that I have too much
energy and one of my employees says that is for sure.  The trainers, Robin and Clinton are very
motivating and my endurance is so much better. 
All is good! “

Tina has kept her Pedometer title coming in second place with
146,794 steps – AWSOME job Tina.  Pam who
knocked Lino out with 180,219 steps – WOW! 
Pam will be hard to catch!   Let’s see if Lino can get back in the game
next week OR we may have someone else that can take over one of the two  Pedometer Challenge spots.   Both Pam and Tina will enjoy a FREE week at
CORE GYM!

Health tip:

Outside Shape Starts on the Inside!  - We are all so quick to say what we hate
about ourselves– but what about the qualities we like?  You can teach yourself to be more positive
just as you taught yourself to be negative about your body image.  You are beautiful from the inside out and
tell yourself this every day many times. 
When you stop being so hard on yourself you will get results.  Make a list of all your good qualities –
include things like- I have really thick hair, I make people laugh, I am a good
friend, I have great eyes and so on. 
Make the list long and read it often! 
Now start eating better and get moving!  
You will start to develop self-acceptance and body confidence.  Remember the people who will be most
successful at losing weight and keeping it off are the ones that are ready and
willing to do what it takes.  Is that
