The Biggest Loser Challenge @ Core Club & 24/7 Gym is going strong. We
have two teams of 7 who are ready to lose the weight! How BIG is YOUR weight loss GOAL?
Team Goal Getters led by Robin has lost 71 lbs which is 3.85% body fat! Way to go!!!
Team Walter & The Black Bombshells led by Sheila has lost 51.80 lbs which is 3.8% body fat. They are sticking to the program! Way to go!

Group exercise classes and programs keep trainees on their
toes. It is important to pick a program that changes from day to
day and week to week! This creates muscle confusion, which signals an internal
response to adapt to new conditions and better prepares the trainee to handle
whatever life throws at her or him.
Things to keep in mind:

Alternate heavy days & light days. Low intensity on some high on others. -
Do not forget the BASICS! Pull ups, push ups, jumping jacks and planks are
GREAT! Even if you only hold your plank for I minute you are
working your CORE and you will increase your time. -
Best to do cardio one day and resistance on another. Good for a five day program as you can work resistance hard on one day and rest the next by doing your cardio. -
Join in on Group Exercise classes it motivate you to get to YOUR next level.
Set goals for yourself. OK to start low (10) reps and modify by doing the last few push ups, (for example) on your knees to finish the set. Try to do 3
sets.
If you do not like doing a certain exercise it is probably the one you need the most. Get through it! YOU CAN DO IT!
