All of the Biggest Loser Clients have enjoyed our guest speakers that come with the program. They have enjoyed a night of meditation with Dianne, Chef Patsy for an evening with all healthy food and recipes and a visit from Catherine who is an ER nurse. All guest speakers were very well received and add a unique element to the program.
Anne has this to say thus far about her experience with the Biggest Loser Pro Challenge “I love my Trainer – Sheila – who has helped me through a 2 week plateau with words of encouragement and support. After camping this weekend and passing up on many camping food favorites it was a little disappointing to have reached a plateau. I have to keep in mind that I am getting healthier and stronger every week!”

Health Tip:
Healthy Mouth – Health Body!
You already know that in order to
avoid cavities and more serious dental problems, you have to take good care of your teeth. But consistent brushing and flossing habits do more than just protect your oral health — they also help keep a host of other serious conditions at bay. Heart disease and stroke, for instance, have both been linked to poor dental hygiene. Keep your smile and take care of your teeth!
