Derek Grant Scores Touchdown for Falcons C Squad

On Sunday, Sept. 16, the Durham Middlefield Falcons C squad traveled to Vernon to face the Vipers. On the first play of the game, Logan Saks makes a great interception to get the offense on the field. The Vipers however were the dominant team on Sunday shutting down the Falcons offense, and scoring a TD in the first quarter.

The Falcons defense allowed a second score halfway through the middle of the second quarter ending the half 13-0, Vipers on top. Although the Falcons scored in the third quarter by a 1 yard run by Derek Grant, the Vipers put up 21 points in the second half to end the game at 34-6.
