While we are back to 1st and 10 on our 20 yard line as we begin a new year, we need your help.
In an effort to help us get down the field we are handing you the ball via our annual survey. Your response to our survey will help shape the future of our program and will only take 5-10 minutes.

We will be looking to share your feedback at our January meeting. Our strategy is to create clear tactics, that will include your survey feedback. We will keep you updated on our progress through our website or plan to join us at any general meeting.
In an effort to make the survey more convenient we have created an online version that is attached in an email to all football and cheer parents. In addition, we will also have the link on our website and our Facebook page (DMFalcons).

We look to cheer loudly for you as you cross the survey goal line. If you had multiple participants in one or both sports we have enabled you to take the survey multiple times from the same computer.
