TriMountain CrossFit will be holding an open house on February 23rd ( Saturday) from 11 am until 1 pm.

This is a chance to meet the owners and coaches as well as ask any questions you may have regarding our program.

We can also have you do a sample wod (work out of the day) is your up for a challenge.
