United We Dance to Cure ALS™ Zumbathon @ Core Club and Gym in Durham - 350 Main St., 860-349-9100.

We often take for granted that we can move. Unfortunately, there are many people who can’t — because of a disease called ALS. Also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, ALS is a progressive motor neurone disease that robs people of the ability to move their muscles.

But you made a move for those who can’t , by Attending United We Dance to Cure ALS™ Zumbathon @ Core Club and Gym last Friday night in Durham, and gave people with this disease hope that one day they’ll move again. 100% of ticket fees from each Zumbathon^® event directly benefit MDA’s Augie’s Quest, a nonprofit research initiative dedicated to finding treatments and cures for ALS.

UNITED we DANCE to CURE ALS - A BIG thank you to Deb for putting this event together!  A HUGE thank you to everyone that came and rocked Core Club in Durham for our United we Dance to Cure ALS Zumbathon® . We raised over $1000 for this worthy cause and it's all because of YOU! A special thank you to our wonderful instructors, Janice, Anita & the ever wonderful Emperatriz Ochoa Madrid- you guys are amazing!!!
